Prime location
Thanks to the new option "preferential location", you can choose the allocation of your accommodation from the reservation (floor, apartment number, view ...).
Indeed, by subscribing to this option, you can issue your wishes to our reception team, they will guarantee their respect (within the limits of our availability at the time of booking).
The price to benefit from this guarantee "preferential location" is 25 € for a 5 days or less stay, 50 euros for a one week or more stay.
Deposit
Price per studio: 200 € (check or cash or valid credit card.)
Reimbursed at departure, if the apartment is left clean. Any damage or inappropriate behavior within the residence will be deducted.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Conditions of sale and cancellation 2024:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days of arrival (refund of deposits, if applicable, up to this date).
- Full payment for the stay must be made 15 days from arrival. The reservation is therefore final and can no longer give rise to a refund.
- For a "last minute" reservation (less than 15 days), full payment for the stay is required in order to confirm it.
- The management of the establishment reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet these conditions.
- A late cancellation (less than 15 days before arrival or in cas of early departure for a stay that has started) cannot give rise to reimbursement, even partial, of the sums paid. The establishment of a credit (conditions below) may be granted if the late cancellation or early departure is linked to Covid 19 (presentation of proof required).
- Booking at the best price guaranteed on our website www.victoriasurf.com in "Book online" or by phone at 05.59.22.27.28.
- Valid credit card number is required for any online reservation (to be communicated by phone or on our secure website.
